Hi all. So I'm new to the forums, and new to concentrates, and am having a little trouble just tracking down good basic info. I plan to go back to my dispensary to ask, but I thought I would try here to see what the collective wisdom might have to say...
So the dispensary basic (at least around here) for the concentrates is the disposable oil cartridges and they sell a $20 pen with a usb charger. This setup, for the most part, I love. It's discreet and easy to use.
So 2 questions:
1) What are the basics for using this setup? I never got a manual. Are you supposed to separate the cartridge and replace the plugs after use? With my first few cartridges I just left them attached all the time, and made an effort to keep it upright. No problems. This last cartridge (and a new pen) all drained out! I guess it's inside the pen? Doesn't seem right!
2) Would there be any advantages to upgrading? I only plan on using the oil for now, and I like the simplicity of the disposable cartridge (as opposed to filling oil in by hand).
