Some forum features

1* Can we see who is viewing a thread or who is viewing a forum, would be dope.
2* See the latest visitors to our profile would be nice

we could probably implent the second one.

but if you go to someones profile page it'll tell you what they are doing if you went to mine RIGHT NOW while im typing this it'll say viewing thread some forum features
if im in a private message it'll say "sunni is engaged in a conversation"
