Solar powered led lights for extended lights hours outdoors in the middle of a rainforest

This question has proberly been asked before.but I'm an outdoor grower so I don't know much about lights. Can normal solar powered led lights stop the onset of flowering.? Flowering here starts in a couple of weeks to a month and I have a few different led lights to put on my cages out bush to extend the light hours so I can veg my seedlings and clones for another month. A very small amount of light is needed if you're just trying to fend off triggering flower.
The first fixture is actually pretty cool looking. And only 2/3 the price of the second, dinky, lame one you posted. :P

Super confused why the ad says 54 LEDs when there's very clearly 58.

I figure I'll start posting some pics tomorrow of the lights on the cages. Sort of a journal to see which lights work and which don't. The strains I have in the cages are Hickok haze, dank Sinatra ,crumbled lime
