soiless medium question

Not sure if this is the right spot to post this but I got a question
I was having issues w cal mag def using sunshine #4 so this run I did a mix of 6part sunshine 2 part wormcasting and then I took dolomite lime blended it to a powder and mixed some in.

Ya so I forgot to add more perlite im still learning and too high to realize while mixing it how heavy the worm castings are. So I transplanted from solo cups into 3gal pots with this mix and did some other 5gal pots without the worm castings. The 5 gals pots are drying out way faster and I'm finding the 3 gal pots with the worm casting are still wet/heavy after almost 2 weeks. I'm at week 4 since 12/12 they all look healthy but I'm worried about the problems I might run into. And should I be watering with nutes every time since I'm going so long in between waterings? Any suggestions what to do?

if they have only been under 12/12 for 4 weeks then i would transplant them again now so you dont get mold
