Soil Upgrade?

I see some very expensive soils. Is there help by adding something to my current soil? I use Ganja Brand nutrients and have both a 2K and 900 watt LEDs. What else can I improve to produce even more medical grade? I am a senior in chronic pain.

So you have about 400 watts of light and want better plants by getting better soil. My advice is get better lighting and make your own soil. if you can’t make your own soil I would get promix bx last a few grows for small growers and get a single part nutrient like megacrop or veg+bloom. Again better lighting will give you better plants.
