Soil Preperation?

Okay I live in indiana, I have some pretty good top soil where im planting. I also have a 107 pound bag of some really good potting soil my buddy gave me from his green house. I was wondering what i could throw in the potting/top soil mix to make it super good?
where can i get bat guana and bone meal?

I believe that you can get bone meal at lowes. Not sure if they have bat guana though. Where do you get that kind of sized bag of soil...thats what im looking for.

Also where in Indiana are you located? Anywhere near: Indianapolis, Fort Wayne, South Bend, Bloomington, or Newburgh?
