soil gnats

i believe I have soil gnat, little black flies, that appear when I water, they come out of the soil.

I'm looking for ways to kill them, organically
3% hydrogen peroxide?

Yes but I use gnatrol occasionally.

I wouldn't use h202 in your soil

itll mess up your microbes and benefcials

gnatrol works extremely well and its organic

water them with gnatrol 1 x per week for 3 weeks

get some sticky tape for the adults

killing the adults slows things down but you need to kill the larvae to get rid of them
