Soil advice

I grow in soil in 5 gallon fabric. I have some Roots Organics "Bloom" dry fertilizer leftover from a previous grow.
I'm looking for a commercial soil that has enough nitrogen but not too hot to get autos through the veg stage on their own without burning.
I want to mix in my dry Bloom nutes for the bottom third of the container.
I'm looking for the right combo of soil type and how much Bloom to mix in the lower portion.

Not sure why you would want “ bloom “ nutes at bottom. Tap root will power downward .

Autos can run upfront for weeks on a bagged medium. Take for example FFOF ( ocean forest ) :

It is very nute dense right from bag ( sometimes a bit hard on young starts in beginning) but plants often acclimate to it over time - as long as you don’t dump any other nutes on top. Plant will pull what it needs and exhaust it on its own terms. Plus simple tap water works with it.

Or ….. You can fill bottom 1/3 of FFOF and top fill with a mild potting mix ( happy frog / promix / etc )
, that way plant will not be overwhelmed in beginning and use bottom dense mix for boost. Then as time goes on either top dress with fresh FFOF to “ recharge “ the medium or a suitable dry fertilizer ( 4-4-4 or similar ) as needed thru grow.

Autos do not need complicated feeds.

If you want to use a bloom nute - then run either above mix until stretch / transition to flower has started then top dress dry bloom fert / water in.

Autos are way overthought and easy to fuck up by throwing to much at it.

I only mention FFOF in general , there are other bagged medium choices that tend too work as well or better.
