SOG ProMix Question

So i'm going to start a new grow SoG style using promix soiless mix. My question is to what size of pot to use. I want to use square pots. I was thinking either 2 or 3 gallon pots.

5 gal ? I think that might be too big since theres 0 veg time SOG.

I would use 2 gallons, maybe try afew in 3's and see if there is any difference in yeild
