SOG but no yield!! small nugs someone please help!!!!!!

this is my 1st grow in sog and i have a 4x6 tray filling in 7X6' pots i veg for about a week max two im using botanicare airation formula coco/verm mix botanicare nutes i veg under 12-5.5-1-5.5 light cycle with mh 600 over about 40 little clones 2-4' each thn i transplant to 6' pots and start in flower room.... i flower with 2 hps one 1000 one 600 1600 so i should get 1600grms right? so....buds start to form at a slow pace at week 2-3 and then cease to grow the leave stay small i checked my ph and after nutes are mixed i get 6.0.-6.3pH ppm about 120x10-180x10ppm i water handfed only when needed till i see water water drip then i stop am i under watering? to small pots? i used 3 gallon ones and the same thing happend.... can anybody shoot me some info

Ok. That medium you are using, aeration mix, requires a lot of water. What pH does the mix recommend, what pH do the nutrients recommend to feed at. Since it's coco possibly you may want to be feeding at 5.9, either that or you want to move up to 6.5 and feed them like soil. Water and Feed each day, it's coco.

flower with 2 hps one 1000 one 600 1600 so i should get 1600grms right?
Wrong. If this is what you believe then you clearly havnt done any worthwhile research on growing.

You sound like half the first time growers out there, jump straight into it without a clue as to what to do or expect. No 1 rule of growing, do yyour homework. For a first grow you shouldnt be expecting anything, let alone a quarter of your gpw. Never expect anything but failure on your first grow. That's not to say you'll fail, but too many growers think they should yield X and then start fucking with their plants because they're not looking like they will yield X.

1800 ppm is quite high for those little ass plants bro Imo. I don't go over 1400 and mine are 5 times as big. Good luck happy growing

How much run off should I have every 3 g pot?
At least 20% of what went in should come thru to rinse salts. This helps slow buildup.

I wouldn't go past a measured 1000 ppm @ 5.8

Flush with ph adjusted tap water every two - three weeks and immediatly follow with nutes.

also just because you have 1600 watts of light does not mean your going to get 1600 grams lol. shoot for 800 grams and thats high for you starting out. grow out a few plants before you start doing SoG and figure out how to grow 1 plant to completion. having to take care of 30 or 40 plants starting out is going to be too much.

also figure out a routine and only add things in once you have the grow down so you can figure out what the problem is not add more variables. start with a simple nutrient program make sure your lights are at the right distance, if your doing soil you need to figure out when to water...sounds simple but alot of people fail at this.

also i would grow a few plants out to find the perfect mom for SoG. not every plant is created equal. myself would go with a flood and drain table or drip if i was doing SoG to take out alot of the work having to deal with so many soil plants.

as mentioned before what is up with your light schedule? your probably confusing the plants and getting them stuck inbetween flowering and vegging lol.

uh i use jacks and i water every watering with nutrients mixed in with my soil but they get a lesser amount of nutrients on the feedings doing it this way. BUT for soiless mix and soil its usually ok to just go feed water feed water

Hard to understand you sometimes. You should be giving them plain, un chlorinated water at least once every 3 waterings. Sounds like you are feeding nutes every watering(?). Those pots look small as shit in that photo, pot bound plants will yield small. Also take a picture with your HPS off and under regular light, its hard to see if there are deficiencies when everything is blasted in bright golden yellow light.

Ok so purified water with no noots and the pots are 6" I started flower when plant reached 6-8"
And I water with noots every watering I will cut back on noots and if my plants are root bond what the latest to teansplant?

if you went from cutting to flower your plants should not be root bound. that would be the last thing on my list on trying to figure out what your problem is.
