81 plants that are about 2 foot tall each are 2 weeks from finish using the whole general hydroponics program ppm is at 1200 and they were at 1400 before using the moab. plants look under developed compared to last grow(only 24 plants and half are la comf others are black domina) tons of pistils not alot of flower mass will post pictures when i get home someone told me the ppm should be about 200 ppm higher during the last 2 weeks

Should the ppm be higher?
Are too many plants in 1 tray causing slower growth or smaller buds?
Did i veg too long?
