Hi team,
This is my first proper post and I'd like to thank everyone for the fantastic resource that this site offers, particularly GROWMAU5 and Cutter Electronics, but there have been many others who have contributed to my understanding of LED grows.
There's heaps of information regarding the efficiency gains of driving COBs at very low wattage - this is going to save me a heap of money over the medium to long term. My question is:
When COBs are under- driven (eg CXB3590 at or below 700mW) is there a shift in the colour spectrum?
If this question has been answered before, just point me to the link.

The short answer is yes, or at least they definitely shift due to temperature, which is related to current. The slightly longer answer is not enough to worry about, the difference is smaller than binning targets for CCTs, a percent or two swing at the most.

id say we can basically discount any color shift at low currents. negligible difference in those two charts
