Last summer was a bust due to the heat stress, so I vegged a new crop in the fall by supplementing light in my barn. I limited my pots to 5 gal so they were easy to put inside for the extra hours of light. I put them back outside full time (greenhouse ) in December to flower since the winters are quite mild where I live. Everything was great and NO bugs which was the best ever. As of now everything seems to be a couple weeks from finishing but I am getting worried that with the days getting longer it will throw them into a re-veg state even though the days are still not quite a 12 hr day yet. (March 12 here) My question is with the days getting longer even though daylight hours are only 11.5 hrs, does it recognize the light is getting longer? Should I keep them on a strict under 12 hr in the barn to finish? Thank you!

equatorial strains will start to notice but not for a few more weeks as the "far red" dissapates the horizion line light .
i THINK you will be fine i am ok until march then i gotta be open close on plants i want to keep flowering . i amon the 38th para so you might be "OK" ...best of luck . durban and sour d are the WORST for streatch in march...

Hey man I'm right near u if your in ramona and I was good with flowering stuff all the way until like mid April, then I started to get wierd re vegging tips on my longer strains that went closer to May, so u should be good as long as were at like 13 hrs or less.

I put them out in December. So they are pretty close to finishing. Temps are hitting the 80s this week! Maybe that will give them the final push!
As long as you made it through the rains and the few nights of frost we had you should be fine. Congrats!
Yeah the cold nights didn't harm my plants but did add a lot of interesting color to my God's Gifts.
