The rest of the plant looks fine its just the top of this branch.

Dude with a question like that all I can say is it looks sick to me. There are many conditions and illnesses, deficiencies and ovrages that can all mask or cause problems.

Specifics are needed....more pics, medium, nutes ph, etc etc etc. in order to give you a more reasonable response. Kewl?

im growing in soil all Ive been using is an organic fish fert ph is around 6ish and I dont have anymore pics you can see everything right there in the pic its not happening anywhere else on the plant

You said its only at the top of the plant? Without any other info my guess would be light/heat issues.
