you spent the cash to cover a 5x6 in tinfoil?? I bet with the money you spent you could have gotten white poly or something similiar.
lights, id say go with a lot of 42watt (actual wattage) cfls, they will do well and are more efficient than the big ones.
as for that lizard bedding thats going to complicate things for you and I forsee problems youll have a tough time pinning down. id go with a balanced soil like ffof, or promix bx if you want to add all your own nutrients.
edit* if you werent aware og kush should be indica dominant.

These are 60 watt conversions that convert too a 6.5 energy efficiency lights the bedding is mixed with a mixture of soil coffee and coco extract that I let dry over night and mixed in (heard is very healthy) they are doing nice so far and I paid like 2 dollars for all the tinfoil there it is being changed too flat white asap tho

Best sentence was to go with flat white . I too tried mylar and tin foil... white paint now and so much better.

The tinfoil is doing the trick for my babies right now , but white flat Paint is gonna work perfect I'm also looking on kijiji for another lamp too hang I'm gonna start fertilizers after the first 23days

I would advise maybe getting a bit more light?
For my CFL grow I used 6 120w bulbs, 3 light sockets, and 3 split connectors such as these:
It does the trick for me and I got it all at a local hardware store for around $20

lol so much wrong with this post. The only thing worse than tin foil is lining the room with mirrors.
Why in the world would you say no ferts till 23 days?! That is ridiculous! What if they need fertilizer at 14 days? Are you gonna starve them for 9 days till the 23rd day? You dont tell the plant what to do, it tells YOU what to do man...

get a different spectrum for your bulbs. I suggest the type they make for living rooms. Home Depot will know. You want something warmer and more "breathey".

Seedlings wont need any fertilizer for the first few weeks because there is enough food in the endosperm to support it. I have one of those led bulbs and they're just as bright as a cfl. Would I use it to flower? no. Nothing wrong with using it to start plants though. You said the closet is 5 by 6 how deep is it?

Haven't full measured it yet they are doing amazing for less then a week.. better then ones I had on lights my pro grower used picking up nutrients tonight and another light

But by the time I come too flowering I'll have full set up going at a new house I'm moving too going into partner ship with grower who's been growing every year for 35+years.. this is just a learning experience for me too practice and grow my own shit
