so ?s bout the lst method?

so ya as the title says i have some ?s bout lst method

is it as simple as just tying down the plant to the pot or soil while the plant is young?

or am i tottally wrong?

and is there different ways to do this?

does anyone have pics of this being done or pointers?

the reason im asking this is cause im gunna be growing out of a pc grow box so i need to use this method lol

ya i saw that thread but it doesnt really explain to much lol i was hoping like a step by step and maybe with some pics from begining to end
