Paul Ryan is a serious dude. His roadmap for America is an actual budget plan, something the Senate hasn't come up with in almost 4 years. During the '10 elections he was hammered for wanting to push Granny over the cliff and he fired back with facts. Obamacare cut 500B from medicare. No doctor fix included in the bill. It led the biggest bloodbath in congressional voting in my lifetime.

If people listen to facts, he's a great pick. The kind of people that still believe we created 4M jobs are voting Obama no matter what. I'd vote Ryan for prez 10X before Romney. I was 99% voting Johnson, now i'm only about 75% sure.

Ryan destroyed Obama in the healthcare debate with facts leaving Obama crying and calling his own healthcare bill a prop. I bet he's one of the few people in DC that's actually read it. You guys get to learn what a shitty bill this really is and how it doesn't do nearly anything promised. Not that I would wish death on anyone but if Romney wins, I would hope for a debilitating mishap.

He got out of college and literally overnight became a washington intern
Atlas Shrugged is required reading for his staff
His mentors include guys like Dick Armey who he also worked for

I'm put off by romney after his 0.0018% tax rate in 2008. It's bullshit I have to pay 20% taxes, and can't write off dog walkers and spray on tan services.. The only ideas ryan had that I liked were anti-gun control, foreign policy and flat taxes. He would love to spend billions more on fighting the war against natures most dangerous plant though.

I'm strictly independent, period. But I have a question:

If 50% of the people in this country pay no taxes, doesn't that make Romney a commoner since he also paid no taxes?

Also, thus far this year I have had over $8,000 deducted from my pay in taxes and by years end I will have had almost $14,000 deducted from my pay in taxes.

I manipulate my witholdings so that at the end of the year I neither recieve a refund or owe any taxes.

So although I can be considered one of the 50% who "pays no taxes", what the F@$K happened to my $14,000?
