So i got a glass pipe that will not get clean!!

i just smoked and it tasted like straight resin so i thought i would clean it.

so i tryed the hot water and salt and alcohol thing and it did work good but didnt get it all.

Does anybody have any methods of getting a piped cleaned

Listerine whitening mouth wash...works well and tastes much better than rubbing alcohol. Otherwise, rubbing alcohol or vodka works too.

Acetone works wonders.

ok well the mouth wash worked pretty good but there is stil one patch that is very stubborn...

whats Acetone?

Its kind of like fingernail polish. but get 100% acetone you can prolly find it anywhere that sells fingernail polish. Put it in a bag with your piece, shake it up and itll be clean.

Use Oxyclean, from the laundry detergent section of your local store. Mix one scoop with 16oz of boiling water, soak pipe for 5 min, rinse with cool water. If you try this, you will never use anything else.

That shit is godly... Seriously.

i used hydrogen peroxide and a paper clip there was only one patch that wouldnt come clean
kinda pissed me off
but hey what u gonna do right
(i couldnt get to it with the paper clip)

A couple hour soak in alcohol and some salt should take care of it. Those wire/felt pipe cleaners work great for stubborn spots.

haha i used salt when i made a vape out of a light bulb once?

what I do now (with the really dirty pipes/bongs) is let them soak on the alcohol/salt mix for a day or night and then use one of those pipe cleaners to brush the inside

I just boil mine for a few mins, thanks for the oxy idea.
