So does my little girls need special light?

ok heres the deal i have 4 babies that are all ready filling out but two of them are looking a lilttle sickly with their arms hanging down unlike their sisters that are perky. i adopted them from a releative and he named them "widow" which is "white" and the other2 "nothernlight". now all of these are made from a main mother and are in i think rockwool 4 1/2 x 4 1/2 and they stand from 15' to 18'. oh yeah not to mention probly a major factor this is all but my first! never really cared to until i was given my now babies i feel like a father. so if you have experince with this and wanna share i wouldnt forget.

15' = fifteen feet. i asume you mean 15 inches. about the light. for veg youll need something that emits abou 6000-7000 k, it should be written on the box somewhere.
for flowering youll need something that emits 2700-3000k of light.
these are for cfl lights. there on other lights but i kno theyre listed on cfls. for flower you could also get a 250 watt hps or 400 watt hps. apparently these are the best choice for both veg and flower but there a little more pricey.
