Some questions:

Is it in a pot or in the ground? Sorta looks like it may be in a pot.

Are you checking the PH of the water you are using? Go buy a cheap PH tester kit (the one with the vile and dropper with the green liquid $5) and some ph UP and ph DOWN. Always check the PH of your water and adjust if needed. Everyone has their own preference what the ideal PH is for outdoors in soil, but around 6.5 is a safe bet.

What type of soil are you using?

What is your watering frequency?

tap water can build up salts in your roots, which could mean rootbound, less nutrient uptake, and yellowing leaves from not getting nutrients. just sit your water in 1 gallon jugs for a day or two with little holes on top so the chlorine can evaporate.
other than that good grow my friend, i am in so cal too growing that jedi kush, haha would love to try some of that bubba

I live in Hawaii and have grown Swerve's Pre98 Bubba with great success... I sent my best friend home to socal with a few beans....

The pic below should give you an idea of what your Bubba should look like as it was taken 3 days ago in the desert when I visited my buddy in So Cal where it averages about 105 during the day... Both are in the ground (amended desert slightly silty clay)
There are two plants in the 1st picture (both clones) but the Bubba is in the front occupying the front 3/4 of the plant mass and it is tied down.. Its about 8 weeks old and starting to flower... The other plant is purple Hawaiian Hash Plant...
The wall behind is 6ft tall for reference...

So both are Bubbas grown outside.... One in humid warm temperatures and the other in dry hot temperatures...
1st pic is SoCal Desert
2nd pic is Hawaiian grown... 2 different phenos.. The pheno on the right finishes super fast!! Both have great spicy coffee bean bubba smell!
