I use it in the water after the first month of veg.

Once a week starting at 2.5 ml and going all the way to about 15 ml at the end of flowering.

Make sure you dont use too many nutes when you water with it. Itll shock your shit! haha

I tried it both ways, you get the same results, atleast I did. You can make it last longer with foliar.

wats crazy is that u think it affects yield. ive done a substantial amount of reading on this product and nothing indicates raised yields. its used to increase tricomb sites/production. id love to read some info stAting otherwise.

yea i see it is just to make the trichomes come out a lot stronger than normal..having frosty buds are a selling point..quality is going to be great but if the bag appeal is better then im all for it..

I use this product regularly.

Ive only been told it will increase the density of buds and production of "essential oils" Ive only noticed the first one. But my shits always been frosty.

Also Im not saying its an increase in yield but that its a decrease in yield when ive used it as a foliar spray. Its always stunted the growth of the plants ive sprayed it on.

It doesn't increase the yield but it does increase the overall dry weight for me because it improves the density substantially.

So your end dry weigh % is higher.

I dont have any scientific proof for this but i saw it happen with my grape god, then stopped using it and compared, then used it again and havent stopped since.

All done with the same strain and the same size pots and nutes/feeding schedule.

so adding it to your nutes/water in your opinion is the way to go? can i add the 1/2-1 teaspoon to 1 gallon every water and then on top of that hit it with the foilar or would that eventually burn them?

This is what I know about there product line.
snow storm ultra was just snow storm. They combined the purple max to the snow storm to get snow storm ultra. Snow storm ultra does what it says increases essential oils. Just happens that's trichrome production in the marijuana plant. The bush master stops elongation in flower. Gravity makes your buds dense. Your supposed to use gravity and snow storm together to get the frosty dense buds. That might increase yeild

thats what ive noticed in my use of the product. i started on a very familiar strain lookn for more resin on my sugar leaves for wax making. first used it in my ressy and noticed little affect after 3 weeks. next run i used strictly as foilar spray and saw a substantial change in my sugar leaves and a slighly higher wax yield as well. 3 grows later and im still rockin the 2nd bottle.

also if im not mistaken dry weight=yield. its your money budbro18...spend it how see fit.

I feel it ive done the tests on the strains i got and it worked better than the foliar in my case.

Im still on my first 8oz bottle of it! haha

I would weigh them wet before id hang em and they were within 12 grams for my first 2 test harvests wet and when they dried the one with snowstorm had lost less "water weight"

So it didnt add bud mass, just density, which resulted in an increase in yield. Just wanted to clear it up haha.

You said you used hydro. Maybe thats why your plants can bounce back so well after spraying?

Ive just noticed my buds dont grow as big if used foliarly prior to flower.

Also do not know if foliarly is a word. hahaha

can i hit em with spray once a week and then water them with ssu everytime i water for the days that i do water.
You don't need to go over board with it. I'd use it once a week when you go to water. Follow the directions on the bottle. Some strains produce more trichromes than other strains. If you have a strain that doesn't go crazy with trichromes, adding more snow storm won't increase the plants trichrome production in that case. It is what it is.

the pictures is Jamaican dream up close. It responded well to the snow storm. The bud leafs have curled around because there were so many trichromes on them. This is 5ml a week starting around week 3 until finish.

i use soil and hydro. organic soil for flavor and head stash. hydro to pay the bills. i use it on both in the first 4 weeks of flower. and there is never any bouncing back lol they are happy as hell to get their weekly misting. i try to never do anything to my plants that they need to recover from. with the exception of pruning or cloning.

also curious when u used as a foliar feed only? i read ur grape god journal from beginning till end and u never mention that particular experiment in wat seems be a very well thought out journal. only that u used it at a rate of 2.5 ml at first and then upped it to 5ml but had issues at that level. im also very confused why u flush with it? care to share that logic? im not tryn to be a dick bro just curious is all. ive flushed with organic teas and molasses but thats it. i know lots of commercial farmers and not a single one adds it to their medium.

пожалуйста помогите разобратся что тут к чему

Its all good im not bein a dick either. Shit sometimes comes off that way on them internets haha

But i had to stop reporting on that one journal for a while when we had some problems with one of my co-workers. (aka rondo) hahaha

So i dont have any pictures of the comparison of foliar and non or foliar and watered.

It probably had something to do with my grape god. My pheno was very sensitive to nutes in veg and then was the biggest whore taking anything in flower.

So when i sprayed it on them in veg like i was told they hated it and turned almost completely yellow. No nute burn, no water droplet burn. Just turned straight yellow.

For some reason my grape god did this whenever it got too many nutes in veg. And only veg.

As to why i flush with it is because it has properties similar to chelated nutrients (it could be for all i know)

I think the PGR is the same or similar to the hormone you get from alfalfa that makes it suck every last nute out of the soil.

So giving it a large dose for the last few days straight kinda helps it suck all it can out of the soil.

As well as having an NPK ratio of 0-0-3.

Dont know how correct these answers are. But just for "scientific purposes" i will spray my Kings Kush with some while in veg and in flower to see if this strain is more accepting of the SSU
