snotty clear crap in my DWC?

I have a DWC with only one plant that im growing right now. I have been using 1/2 strentgh nutes fir a while and just started a tsp of molasses each feeding about 3 weeks ago. I changed my water about two days ago and added my nutes and molasses and today i look in the res and there is this snotty clearish crap floating around in there.

now ive never used molasses so is this a side effect of doing so? sorry no pictures but just imagine snot floating around in your rez thanks for any sugesstions
