is snipping the ends of the leaves 2 week before harvest suppose to raise potency, iv heard it does and when i look at peoples grow pics i often see this been done, its suppose to be a sort of low stress technique. Not quite enough to hermie it but just enough for it to go in defence mode and produce more thc,,,,am i an idiot or a complete idiot??

You can't raise potency of any strain it in the genetics..who told U cutting the leaves will give U more potent plants..lol..
i thought you could , iv just read it somewere,,,i thought adding abit of uvb raise the thc?

Uvb has nothing to do with snipping leafs....yes uvb will bring out more tri homes if used correctly.u should of said that in the
first place..i think wot u meant by snipping leafsis...defoliation..thats an advanced technec to produce more flowers not thc. Hope this helps

i was just useing uvb as an example cause you said its down to genetics,, could you explain in simple turns how defolition creates more flowers, im very interested in that, forget the leaf snipping hes a dead man anyway,,,

No it will not cause your plant to be more potent, neither will putting a nail thru the stalk, x amount of hours darkness before flowering, x amount of hours of darkness before harvesting, pissing on it, chopping off all the fan leaves, praying or doing a cool little dance to the weed gods
