im kinda calling bs on the 22 part, maybe she looks 22, but she aint. you need a phd 95% of the time to teach at a 4 year college (unless your masters, enrolled in a phd prgm and have had extensive work in the field). Masters are required for 2yr schools and adjuncts(so a ba in something+ gradschool). theres just too much time involved to be 22....but hey dreams are great.

I think dam612 is right, she's probably a bit older than you think. it doesn't add up for her to be 22 and working in an accredited 4 year university.
