Aloha Rollitup,

I got a tooth pulled yesterday. I've been jonesing for a toke, I was wondering if it's okay to get medicated? My dentist said no tobacco for at least 72 hours, but what about pot. I suppose one toke wouldn't hurt?

The suction caused by the way you smoke in general can cause dry socket. You don't want that. I would suggest an edible if available, or an infused drink..also if available. Otherwise just be really careful not to suck the clot out of your hole. LOL, that sounded dirtier than I intended.

Sure, and the last time I had a tooth pulled I went in the parking lot a lit up a cigarette, but you know, just warning people of the risks. Would you want some innocent person's dry socket on your conscience? Of course not.

I had mine pulled all at one time. I woke up with two black eyes and bruises the shape of fingers on my jaw line. Getting good pain meds.... Priceless.

do a waterfall so you dont have to draw the smoke... drawing smoke is what gives you the most pain or drysocket

They gave me some 5/500 Vicodin, but these don't even do anything for me..I am not in pain though luckily I just had to get a mauler pulled because it was no good. Dental in Hawaii sucks! Only place I know where you see three year olds walking around with a mouth full of silver caps. Are you sinus's okay after getting your wisdoms pulled? Sounds like the were rooted deep...

Had a dry socket once. Was not worth it. The norcos didn't even help.
Sorry to hear that. Guess I just gotta tough it out these next two weeks. I kinda need a break, tolerancy was getting high...

2 ways to make a drink boil water with kool aid in it and some weed. or let a tea ferment for 2 days, but make sure you've got good weed.

All you have to do is cover the holes in your gum with wet cotton balls while you smoke. I know this works from personal experience...

I was in the exact same position a couple of weeks ago. I had a tooth pulled and it was a seriously traumatic experience. Took over 30mins to get it fully out after it broke in serveral places. I was told not to smoke for at least 24 hours. I had a joint about 20 mins after. I wet a napkin and put over the sore and smoked away, keeping it moist is the key. I was seriously nervous of getting a dry socket but was all good, I prob smoked a good 6 fatties that day as my jaw was so sore.
