Smoke triggering sinuses?

So I think I have had sinus inflammation for the past few months. It's not so much the mucus and congestion type as it is head pressure. I'm thinking sphenoid sinus where the back of the nose meets the throat and ears deep in the head. I've noticed that after I take a hit a few minutes later I start to get this pressure that seems to build in that area that also travels to the top and down the back sides of my skull. I will also get some fullness in the ears . Has anyone experienced this? Sinus medication doesn't really help as I've heard the sphenoid is a pain in the assignment to get to.

I have had this exact same shit going on for the last year, it really sucks. I'm 99% sure it's from cigarette smoking though, I don't smoke MJ often enough for it to cause sinus issues.

Maybe you should invest in a vaporizer or cut down...?

Cut down?
CUT DOWN?!

The fu?.....

Vapes suck, have one. It collects dust..cool if i run out of lighters and im lazy, but i never remember and just light a blunt on the stove top. Or twine and ignite a bowl.

I had it bad for about 2 years, i mean so much so that i had to sleep on one side cause the other was congested every night. Always had to have tissue during a smoke session.

But i was smoking like a half oz a day every day

Yea, it's weird because when I lay down to go to sleep at night I can feel it move from side to side too, but I also get some weird head pressure along with it like right in the back where my head is on the pillow. The top of my head is pretty sensitive to the touch where if I press down slightly it feels almost like a bruise on the top of my head. I'm at work right now and it seems to be worse sitting down rather than standing. I feel it deep behind my nose like where it connects with the throat and ears because my ears feel full too and I will get an occasional pop in my left. When I smoke, it seems to build up after a couple minutes and I really notice it if I'm sitting watching TV or something and it gets pretty intense to the point where I have to jump in the shower to see if the steam will break it down.

Smoking stoges, will make it much easier to get a respiratory/sinus irritation caused by simple things like bad weather. I used to get them twice a year. Since i quit smoking i never get them.

Just vaped same thing. I also get ear pressure. It's like a huge bubble moving around deep in my nose and top of my head and then the ear pressure too.

I'm still getting this pressure. It sucks because before this I had a case of gastritis which prevented me from smoking. This pressure seems to build in the ENT area in the back of the throat in the middle of the head where the ears nose and throat meet. Starts like 15 mins after one hit. seems to be more intense sitting and breathing through my nose than mouth. When it builds, I also get the pressure from ear to ear around the back of the head and nose to back of head in a line with random pulsating feeling in my head mostly around the top of the head. Sometimes quick eye movement doesn't help either. Any ideas?

Quit smoking.
Its not some miracle drug, if your body doesnt agree quit with the consumption. Do edibles have this effect?
