Small leaves on bottom of this plant?

This plant is healthy on the top, but the bottom part of the plan has all these weak little pathetic leaves that don't seem to be getting any bigger. Why is that? Growing with a kind LED in a grow tent. I had the light one foot away from the top of that little plan and someone told me it was too close. So I raised it about 4 ft from top of plant. The little leaves on the bottom look worthless. don't know what's causing that. Could it be over watering? Temps inconsistant? Im a beginner. Thanks

Move into a 3 to 5 gallon pot. Be sure to use a good nute for veg and bloom. I personally fed my plants pretty heavy, as much as they can take without burning them or getting N toxicity. I remove unhealthy leafs as they show up. Before flowering i trim off all the lower 1/3 of the growth and do a light thinning out of the inner fan leafs.

Ok. When i transplant it into new soil, the soil already has nutes in it. Do i feed my liquid veg nutes right after i transplant? Or would that be too much nutes due to the nutes already in the new soil?

No wait about a week then feed light nutes and see how it reacts. If the plant (s) do well increase feeding.
