Small Flies on my Plants! HELP

gay....see why peeps gotta hate on things that have worked for others?... no one said dehydrate/stress your chica to get them gnats out. predator nematodes as you said for the win.... haven't tried but makes sense. about my advice..it works... just water on top...water on bottom..(make those stubborn gnats from wanting to breed in that soil).keep the medium more dryer than usual....make sure its not excessive so they don't wilt on you of course..

over watering, excessive water retention in your medium are almost always reasons why Gnats get established in mediums to begin with. another thing you could do make holes in your medium within your pot to air out more your medium. don't worry about hurting a couple roots. 1 gallon pot just 3-5 holes would be enough as an example.

hunt them larva- nematodes
catch them annoying adult gnats- sticky trap
make them find a new motel- keep soil unfavorable for them (dry vs wet)

Get neem oil, it solves most pest problems for me. use 1 and 1/2 tablespoons neem, 1/3 teaspoon liquid soap, 1 gallon water. Spray your plants 3 times a day with this solution for 3 days and wipe down all leaves by hand on all plants in the grow room twice a day (super annoy time consuming process but if you want to save your buds and solve the problem in a few days rather then a few weeks, do it). You want to spray the soil and the leaves, although if u have an HID light, like I do, spray the leaves in darkness or spray all the leaves before you wipe down the leaves. Insects leave their eggs on leaves usually so wipe that shit down! I've had several insects problems and this always works.

I wasnt hating dude, if it came off that way my bad. Simply saying I have dealt with Gnats and yeah the adults are super easy to get rid of but its the damn larvae which keep it coming back. In regards to the holes in the pots, I was using Air Pots and those fuckers got smart and started crawling on the sides of the bucket. I only reccomend predatory nematodes because if you were like me you ended up spending good dough on Azamax, Gnatrol, DE EArth , Hot shot pest strips etc etc etc and 1 million damn nematodes cost 20 bucks and did the job naturally too. But if you can rid the problem with something simple then do so.. I always say what works for you may not work for others..

Coffee grounds as a light top dressing will help.

Gnats are annoying, but they don't harm plants.

True they arent that harmful but them fuckers will get stuck in your buds from the sticky icky and then when you harvest you will have to pluck out the stupid dead flies unless you want your buds with flies in them.
