SMALL and WORTHLESS, HELP PLEASE

I've had a couple of plants since March that are hardly growing. They were just bagseed, and i tried going straight into 12/12 due to height issues. I've studied the site for a while and the environment seems to be right: temp stays in between 78-85 and humidity has been between 30-50%. I'm using the cheap 150 watt hps light posted a while back, and i'm also growing in the closet in a hollowed out dresser about 2'x3'x4'. Super thrive was added in low dosages about once a week for the past month. I'm fresh out of ideas and even worse, my plants look like shit. Does anybody have any ideas as to why they're so small after so long, and what i could do to get some buds coming? Thanks in advance. :leaf:

Theya re small due to the 12 hrs of light is not enough time for them to grow in. They will not flower until mature and at a 12hr a day rate, it will take them a very long time.

hurting because they are too smallmfor budding. those stalks couldnt hold the weight of a bud on it... should have veg'd a little longer to get some healthy growth

I thought the same thing, but if that were the case, how do people on this site yield half oz to one oz off plants in 12 oz cups from 12/12?

Dude if they were growing for 3 months they should be at least this huge:

I started her in the middle of March
hopefully she'll be finished by mid July..

You need to veg. Your plaants never made it out of the seedling stage and flowered. The other 2 look ok. 3 months tho! Yikes. How far do the roots go down?

they started off in those 12 oz red beer cups but they stopped growing in those so i figured they needed to be transplanted. so after i did that they still grow but they're REALLY small. the roots are probably close to the bottom now, i did the transplant a month and a half ago

2 of them are actually flowering but the buds are so small. the other two are just randoms i threw in to see if they would grow different.

the soil i'm using is Scotts potting soil from Home Depot, it seemed more organic than the others..

my watering method is the weighing technique, does anyone recommend anything other than this?

and where can i get Coco?

Do not force those into re vegging. I would say the most efficient way to get a better thing going is to get some other seeds buddy. If you re veg what you have it will surely hermie and if it doesnt it will still be f-ed for the same amount of time for you to start over. Keep in beer cups next time for a few weeks until there are a couple nodes (filled with coco if you like I use it too very good stuff canna, botanicare make some and poke a couple holes in bottom of cup) then put into a little bigger pot than that or maybe just one a little bigger if size is of issue. You should probubly try and control the size of the plant by the size of the pot that it is in, as well as use a topping method, that should let the plant grow out about 20 days at least then 12/12 it. My 2 cents sir, good luck

i've been using super thrive.. it's my first time using nutrients though so i was never too sure how much to give, but i've been giving them 1/4 recommended strength for about a month now. One of the other plants was actually vegged for about 2 weeks, so we'll see how that goes. It's about 1 month old now. When should i give it nutrients?

I had the same kind of thing happen. Check out my sig... Vegged for 9 weeks and only got 4" tall because of stress. Said fuck it, went 12/12, and ended up with about 3.5g each plant.

Went from this:

It looks like the top of the soil is very dry also, spritz the top of the soil with some water during the day when the lights are on and water at night.Who knows why they're so small because weed should be ok in that environment you have setup.

Looks like some good bud. Wonder what stressed your plant out so much, light cycle being changed? transplanting to much? Interesting.
