Slow Growing Plants

I picked up these Headband seeds from Med-Man at the Toronto Treating yourself show and started them June 16, 2013

They where under florescent light originally and then placed under 400W Metal Halide July 7, 2013

This is what I have today??

I have been fed them mild fertilizer (20/20/20) 3 times

Can any one tell me why these are growing this way?

im a newb but maybe you need to transplant looks like they have no soil.my seedlings of 2 days had like 4 inch root.yours have many layers a leaves roots prob have no where to go

Yeah man, they need way more soil if you want them to grow. Transplant them and watch them take off. pghdave420 is right on.

I will check on the root system

I usually add dirt as they grow to support the stem
