Slow growing, lack of light?

Hi there, This is my first grow. They are 8 days since they broke the soil surface, seem to be very slow, Is there not enough light? or could it be something else? Light is a 150watt 6400k cfl on 18/6, with 3 computer fans for cooling. Sorry for blurry images, camera is crap.
Any help would be great.

get light as close as possible .seedlings start out slow dont give it nutes till the 5 th node .they will come along just takes time. Peace

cheers for that, Ill lowered the light as close as possible and fitted a reflector so that should help. Will have to see how they go.
