Sleeping with MariJane?

just a question for all you indoor growers here..
I have heard that sleeping with plants are bad for you
but i have also heard vise versa.

apparently during the day plants are doing the right thing, taking in CO2 and expelling fresh air.
But at night they also "breathe" and expell carbon dioxide.
I have a closet grow which is in the same room i sleep in, so how bad is this for me..?

honestly i have never heard of plants expelling co2 if you have a closet grown what between 3 an 10 plants depending on your space , if it where possible witch i think its not they would expell enough co2 to do any damage, now if you had a generater in your garage then i would worry

Plants in the absence of photosynthetic light emit Co2 just as we do.

Co2 isn't exactly bad for you, it's just not useful to us like Oxygen is. It doesn't harm you, it suffocates you, provided there's enough of it. Since it's heavier than air, it will sink to the bottom of your floor before it reaches you in your bed.

If your room is 100% sealed, and average sized... It would take you hours to fill it with enough Co2 to harm you. Possibly even days.
