Sleep Paralysis, Vibrations, and Voices

So I was taking a nap and woke up, not being able to move a muscle. Then felt intense vibrations and heard evil laughter that sounded like it was a few feet from behind me. Not the first time this has happened. It's not often but not rare either. I've heard a creepy woman saying my name and hear voices directly in my ear at times. Pretty scary shit, freaks me out a bit. Usually get high and stay up watching random shit whenever it happens.

Decided to look this up and apparently its a pretty common thing. What are some of your experiences with this?

I woke up, paralyzed, shaking, and unable to even scream. My eyes were open and I saw this straight up shadow with glowing red eyes, and in a demonic, hoarse voice, it whispered my mother's name, laughed, and after it disappeared, I could move again.
That's scary as fuck. Never seen things only hear them. But I find it hard to sleep on my back so that's probably why. Usually sleep face down.

Neither..........I fucked around with a ouiji board a few months back. But this has happened before then so, I don't think that there is a connection.
Uhh could be yo! Only time I've experienced these things is in a house a family member died in and after doing some ouiji and other occultish things... I've seen possessions brought on by rituals I've been involved in. I'm not about that shit anymore though...

I have it happen to me at least a couple times a month, I notice it only happens when I fall asleep on my back.

I've had sleep paralysis at least 8 years now that I can remember I find the best thing to do when it happens is to keep calm and shut your mind down go back to sleep basically. The voices you hear , and possibly things you might see which can happen as well are all just dreams, part of your brain is still asleep.

Which is why you wake up but cannot move. I think it's very very interesting that every report I've read or anyone I ever talked to about it that has had it happen always mentions an evil presence or night mares or just overall negative energy. I to experience bad evil energy and almost demonic like entity holding me frozen or sitting on me so I can't move. Scary shit . I usually keep a couple sleep meds around for such occasions

Yeah, 9 of times I either hear some voice or feel an ominous presence. I have been in a very negative mindset for like the last year though. Went from optimistic to realist to pessimist.
