Size of Net pots Make a difference in hydro???

I am looking at hydro systems for my 3x3 tent. Some of them have 3.75" net pots and some have 6" net pots. I would assume u can grow bigger plants in the 6" pots, but I have heard the pot size does not matter in hydroponics. I am wanting to grow plants that I would be flowering around 15"-20". Does it matter what the pot size is? I am confused alot. Thanks

no, it shouldn't matter....... either one, the only difference would be stability.

the roots will not be restricted by the size of the net pot therefor it wont matter
