I took a break for the month of october and it felt amazing. 8th a day to nothing isnt hard just takes a bit more self control when theirs jars full of it curing staring you in the face. Day 3 was the hump tho after that it was easy and regained appetite. Lots of energy and anger tho i remembered why i started smoking.

A six day break will do nothing for your tolerance except for the first time you smoke. It will be more of a rush at first, but that's about it.

I took a t-break for three months... worked out heavily, went for long runs and walks, ate healthier, and I was thinking when I go back to smoking I'll be able to keep my usage down to a minimum like my early days. WRONG. The first night I did get extremely high off one bowl, but on the second night, and third night I went back to packing consecutive bowls like I was before my t-break. I think a lot of it has to do with how your mind perceives the effects of weed on your body. When you were younger or just began smoking I believe it was easy for many of us to get that "I'm too high, I'm gonna die" feeling. After being a regular toker, you lose this mentality imo and you are then willing to smoke more.

Tolerance is most definitely a real thing, you probably just have a certain mindset embedded into your head from following the same routine. There's no way that on the second day after a 3-month tolerance break, your tolerance was what it was before you stopped. You just kept smoking more DESPITE having a lower tolerance and followed the same ritual.

I can see taking tolerance breaks from MDMA but marijuana??? I've never had to do that, and I smoke heavily everyday.

I remember when an 8th would last a week... now would be lucky to use that little by 3pm

I roll probably 6 times a year, and only on special occasions, and have the best time ever.
That's a good thing though. Molly was the first(and only) drug that I ever copped from a dealer before. I bought everything else. Totally crack head style man

Day 2 - About 33 hours after the last time I smoked. Literally didn't eat a single thing yesterday. Slept from 5-8:30, then woke up for about a half hour and passed out until 6-7. For most people when they quit weed, it's harder for them to sleep. But for me, I'm in such a low mood that all I want to do is sleep. Plus it feels like my body temperature drops when I'm sober, which makes me want to go back in bed.

What's the deal with the mango though?

Also, I was pretty depressed on and off yesterday and felt nauseous this morning. I have also been coughing up black pleghm. This has happened to me while smoking but I thought it was just because I smoking. Kinda makes me not want to smoke until this stops. After only a few hours there's signficantly less, so I don't think there's too much in there anyways.

Keep it going! You can do it!

Cough that shit up son!

Force down some food and water you'll be feeling better everyday.

Time is your only obstacle

Haha I'm hanging in there so far. In a better mood and don't have any nausea. Should make this a lot easier.
