Single bladed fan leaves. What did I do

Out of over a 100 clones this is the only one that looks like this. (B.C Big Bud.)
It has single bladed fan leaves a few triple blades but mostly single.
All of it`s sisters are out side in 1.5 to 2 foot holes in the ground.
This one is in a 8g pot of pro-mix potting soil on my balcony watered every second day.

One of my plants did the same thing....IDK why....But mine was more 3 blades and a few 1 blades...When I switched to flower 5 and 7 blades began to show....

Was the bud as dense as other plants or did it show signs of deficiency. Was it scraggily or loose:?: :?:

I am just now a few weeks in sorry....But it is forming just as good as the other.....

It looked a little off after rooting. So I kept it to see how it would turned out. I LSTed it and it got worse.

ANYONE ELSE have this problem or is it just Me and NOGROW..
Is my plant missing a chromazone :?: Is it GROWING impaired:?:
