Simple nutrient solution suggestions

So where I am it is not easy to get quality nutrients. I have to ship them in and it's expensive. I am looking for a good 3 part (max) nutrient line that works well and can be bought in "bulk" (at least 5 gallons)

I've always used basic stuff like BC grow/bloom and always had great success with it. I don't buy into snake oil nonesense and believe genetics are what make the difference, Not fancy nutrients. With that said I realize a strong base is necessary. Looking forward to hearing your thoughts.

By the way I'm undecided if I'm going hydro or soil so it will need to cover both bases.

Botanicare KIND 3 part line

Gorilla Glue #4 grown in Pro MIx CC HP using ONLY Botanicare KIND as per instructions on the outside of the bottles. No exotic supplements or additives or snake oil, ONLY KIND.

A generic 10-10-10 liquid concentrate for veg, Shultz for example.

FloraNova Bloom and Floralicious Bloom in flower, a little molasses if you're feeling fancy.

Or keep it classy and GH Micro and Flower and run Lucas formula.

I Cannot knock / bash any of these fancy products cause I have not used too many of them. If you completely understand dirt and plants and I mean for real not get lazy and listen to BS but go look for yourself and learn - U WILL find out every product "ready made" is a waist not only of time but you will never learn by listening too what your plant is telling ... Go read up regular every day good old farming methods. BTW you most likely will learn, not only how much better of a farmer you will become but how crazy cheap it is and you are going to save money in other ways if U think like "I can make my" own minerals yes U can Just like natives 10,000 years ago did in the Amazon forest this can be U. U will also find you won't be throwing away your organic trash ... really things to consider if you really want to be a farmer.

I agree with this IF he uses soil. You have to "add" nutrients in if using CC since, in essence, its a form of hydro...

Look up the kiss/Lucas method. I went from canna nutes to one bottle and my results are so much better. Keeping it simple is such a good way for a beginner. Less variables to control.

Im personally using floranova bloom only, im using it in the same plants I have for soil and hydro (rock wool cubes) and all I need to do is ph down the rock wool abit more for the hydro ph range. Had next to no issues running autos at over 1000ppm. Pretty high but they just keep eatin it up.

I'm not new to growing. Just looking for suggestions on what you guys have had success with. I'm not sure that I'll be able to get my hands on what I want where I'm going.

Has anyone made there own hydroponic water soluable nutrients?

Well check it out anyway, even seasoned growers use it.

Theres a thread on making nutes. Reverse engineer your nutrients I think it's called

Want to make exactly what Pure Blend Pro (it's sea bird guano with Pot/Cal/Mag carbonates fish meal and rock phosphate in liquid kelp/water) or any other fancy Expensive Product is
Just read the back label of those products then check the links down there and surf for other like links ...

By the way I made some earth worm castings I took 2 tea spoons of peruvian sea bird guano some egg shells I ground up and put it in a gallon jug of water - maybe cost .30 I'll add an OZ of liquid kelp maybe .50 and in a couple of days I'll use it with another 1 or 1.5 gallons of water. Pure Blend Pro last time I bought it cost $20 I think for a pint dude pint

Now is it accurate (not yet I'm still checking it out) could I use some more ingredients sure but this I know... This is not going to feed the dirt well enough it will the plant but not the dirt so I amend and I get bomb results

I am not a sales man but I'm wondering if on this site I might be breaking some corporate segragation law shhhhhhh

and with a lil effort your $ will go a long way

Adding Calcium and Magnesium to Tomato Plants - You Tube Title , this should give you an Idea of what can be done it's a lil primal but it makes the point

Thanks for the posts guys. All good info. Does anyone have any experience with the Ionic 2 part line? I know Heath use to run it. The price is right that's for sure.

FYI I sent an email to jacks letting them know their products had a strong following in the Medical Marijuana community and that I was seeking a bit of advice regarding the plant in particular. I haven't received an email in return. I'm going to venture and say they don't approve lol.
