water them till a little water comes outta the holes in the bottem and then feel how heavy it is and then lift it everyday till it's light. Put your finger in the dirt about 2-3 inches and if it's still wet don't water wait till it's dry.
You will get by on it, but it prolly won't yeild too much and you need to boost more light for flowering. You have any nutes?

im sorry i probably sound like a fucktard but i dont know what nutes are
We were all newbies once dude so don't worry. I still am a noob and this is my third grow. Nutes are nutrients. Look around online and you'll find some for soil grows. I know a lot of people use Foxfarm nutrients. I grow hydroponically so I don't know the details on soil.

This is where I have to say I hope someone with more soil experience helps you out. From what I've read, since your plant is still in the seedling stage (1 week old, right), then you shouldn't add any nutes because it's too young. Nutrients would only kill them at this point. Make sure you're not overwatering. The amount of light you're giving them is plenty at this stage. Make sure you are giving them at least 18 hours of light time. Do you have your lights on a timer? If not, I strongly suggest getting one. You can find them for under $10 at Walmart, Lowe's, or Home Depot. Set the timer for 18 hours on and 6 hours off. There's really not a whole lot you want to do while caring for seedlings. Just let the nutrients in the soil and the lights take care of her for now.

to keep it simple when you have 3 sets of true leaves just use mirical grow mixed at the strenght for house plants. not the greatest nutes but very easy to get and will work ok. when you start to flower you can use a bloom formula with lower nitrogen. shlutzs makes one i think. i'm sure there are people on here using these nutes with good sucess.
