signing over your grow rights to clubs?

How does that even work for them? To be a garegiver someone has to request you as their caregiver to the state then you are allowed to apply as their caregiver..
I think they think they got this under control but pushing paperwork to initial here and here isn't going to give you any rights unless you have the person jump on the azdhs website then you would have to have enough people to be caregivers for the "club members".
These guys do kind of need to stop and think because it is all very against prop 203.
READ THE LAW and be safe

I can't even imagine signing away my rights so I can pay the person I gave the rights to ! Gotta be some pretty ****** people out wandering out in the heat a bit too long . . .

What is the incentive for a person to become a "Caregiver"? I am a newb and have had my card only for around 6 weeks or so.

If I could not grow I would find a caregiver before I would let a club take over my growing rites.
This is what I am saying. YOU have to contact azdhs and request someone as a caregiver then that person can apply. By having someone "sign here" does not and will not work to take over their rights to grow rights. For the people who worry about this I really think its more a problem for the clubs to have when their massive grow opps get caught up. Not to mention they would need a TON of people to act as caregivers considering you can oly care for 5 people

You can grow up to 72 plant and have a ton of exess meds to off. Prob a good state tax write off too but ill have to check on that to be sure

I told the nice guy there I wanted a better rate and he just said he had to charge what he was supposed to. I don't know about most people here or who are card holders but if I needed 1 ounce a month (which is somewhere where I should be)(used 1/2 ounce in 31 days, not enough), that would be over 500/mon, for medicine? That is a lot especially for someone disabled and on a very limited income. Oh well, I am learning, thanks to the helpful people here.

Yes sir I thinks disgraceful to MMJ patients with cards to be told they have to pay a street level price for medicine .
