Sick plants !!!

Hey my plants just a few days ago decided to take a turn for the worst !!! They went from purty healthy to VERY sick within 4 days after watering and feeding...Im growing them in miracle-gro soil using mircal gro nutes (which I just increased the amount of) and I recently tried to ph the soil using vinegar but heres the deal: The leaves turned very dark green, rolled up like a taco and started drooping...the new leaves that are coming in are a healthy color but are already starting to droop as well and im afraid im poisoning them without knowing it and I also know they arnt getting enough light with these flouros...I am thinking of flushing them but scared it will shock em to much any advice ??

If nothing was wrong why try t fix it?

Well nothing WAS wrong but now something is wrong and I was wondering if I could get a little imput on this...This is my first time growing purty much anything and I dont want to do anything in blind haste

Do not do anything! Sounds like you've over watered. Miracle gro has time released nutes, and you just increased the amount of nutes yr adding and the problem happened. Do the pots your using have proper drainage?

well they gots a ring of holes for that purpose underneath em so yes...

Yeah, I know dude, I can feel your pain. In this instance alot of people would most likely recommend you to flush.
The idea has alot of merit, however, I just recently had a bad experience with flushing and, so I am not going to recommend it, I'd watch em for a day or 2 before doing anything. The plant can be pretty forgiving. You need to be real careful with the nutes and the soil yr using. You didnt mention how old they are but, with that soil, they dont need any nutes for atleast 3 weeks.
After that, start off slowly. Do you let your water sit out for a day before using it?

They are about a month into veg now and I started with the nutes at the two week mark...as for the water ive been using botteled water...
