looks like you have multiple problems. Sometimes its not just one thing but a combo of things. A little bit more info is needed such as type of water you are using, the ph of the water..what is the relative humidity. How often do you water? Do you have proper ventilation and lastly how far is that 1000W away from your plant? You should try to bring that low temp up to at least 65. 59 is too cold for them really unless you are trying to purple them up towards the end of flower. I would guess...that your plant is slightly burnt from the light, lacking some base nutes and micro nutes. I would flush that sucker and start from scratch on the feeding and make sure all your environmental factors are in check before it gets worse. Good luck.

P/K deficiency , 1st of all check for root bound , i would suspect this even if ur thread didnt had pics and was like this " i have a plant 5 weeks old and latelly looks somewhat sick"

if rootbound not the issue , consider a full feed of P/K content , i dont know the brand u use so to tell u what to do

The first thing I do during a suspected nute problem is check the soil ph with a probe.
