If just red stems, it may not be normal.. there are some red phenotypes, but you have to look at all of the plant characteristics before you can safely assume that red stem is pure pheno, and not an N, P, K, or Mg def. The yellowing points to the start of N def, as well. What type of soil is it? (pre-mix or custom? manufacturer if pre-mix? recipe if custom?) Have you done a pH check? When was the last time they saw water?

i make my own soil heres the recipie
  • 8 quarts potting soil with vermiculite or perlite
  • 1 quart coarse sand
  • 4 quarts sphagnum peat moss, compost, and/or rotted manure i watered this morning i usually do evrey 2 days i have no ph checker so i havent done that yet do suspect ph problems thanks fig

rofl, peace - some people have schedules they must attend to, and real life to work out. Good luck with your plants.
