Whats the water PH before and after? I also thought that your soil looked kinda dry. Like I am wondering if your fully soak it entirely enough to get some good saturation and then some run off..... then let it go semi dry.

ph 6.5-6.6 that picture has been taken before watering.. i water every 2 days but not enough to get run off cause i killed 2 seedling plant by watering too much a got scared ahah:p question about that tho... now they are big enough to handle alot more water, should i water till i get run off every time ?

Yes a little run off every time then the plant & dirt wick it back up. But keep in mind if you have any really dry areas in that pot it will take a lot longer for that dirt to absorb the water so run off can be deceiving also. Recently I transplanted a 12-14" tall plant and upon doing so I noticed I had dry area in the soil at the bottom 1/3 of its pot. Look up why people will use a wetting agent, and you will see that once you have dry pockets water tends to bead away and not absorb evenly and then you could get dry salts (if not organic) in that area and that not good.
