Do shrooms change you forever like acid?Or you can recover and be like "back to the baseline" and shrooming again?

Both substances will open your eyes to a reality that's commonly imperceptible. Hold on and lose YOURSELF in those experiences - you'll walk away changed, indelibly.

I've talked to people who took psychedelics (LSD, Shrooms, Mescaline) and believe they were stoned out of their minds and felt the experience so outlandish and intoxicating, that they couldn't possibly learn from it.

I was talking to a gentleman nearing sixty last week who has become fascinated with his early psychedelic experiences, all occurred in his late teens. This recent fascination started when he began reading current studies that have largely confirmed the neurological/thought pattern changes he perceives to have occurred during those early psychedelic experiences. He's now questioning if much of the creativity he's experienced during his career stems neural rewiring from some of these experiences.

At the very least, they were profound enough to cause a delineation in his own experience of consciousness.

Not sure if this answers your question, but it's what I can say in response. :bigjoint::peace:

Yeah. I wish I would have stocked up on some acid. Just a year or so's more for personal use.
