would this be good instructions to follow for fruiting

Your mushroom kit should ideally be grown in a sterile, humid environment at a temperature of about 26 degrees C with a little air circulation and a light above.

Thoroughly clean a small fish tank
with a weak bleach solution (approx 10% bleach :90% water).
2. If tank lid is not wall sealed then air exchange will be Ok. If tank Is well sealed then a vent hole. loosely plugged with
cotton wool is needed.
3. Add enough water to cover tank heater. Water should be sterile, so boil then allow to cool before adding to tank. Deionised or distilled water is preferable.
4. Use a small fish tank heater set at 26 degrees C.
5. Temperature is checked with a thermometer.
6. Clean tiles are placed in tank to raise height of kit so it is only sat in 1-2cm of water this is so psilocybe kit will not float around.
7. Your tank should have a light (a small fish tank florescent light is ideal). The magic mushrooms don't need light to grow, but they do grow towards light so this will keep them growing upright.
8. When tank is set up and temp has stabilised at around 26 degrees C the kit may be added and Ws cover removed.
Remember to clean hands thoroughly or wear clean rubber gloves when working in tank.

also what should i fill my starting jars with?
and do i use alluminum foil as the jar cover?

95% plus RH. I would suggest you check out the website Shroomery - Magic Mushrooms (Shrooms) Demystified and go to their message boards and abuse the search function. There is SOOO much information on that website concerned with this hobby you would probably never have to post anything. I know that some of us are knowledgable in this area, but (and not to sound rude) you can research and find the answers yourself.

Having a basic understanding of the PF Tek and how it works is essential to this hobby; it will also help you look like less of a noob. If you haven't read that, you may want to do some reading (20 minutes max) and learn basics. This will answer a lot of your questions and get you started with a step by step procedure which you can follow along at home.

As for filling your jars, Brown Rice flour and vermiculite are the staples of shroom growing and are easy to find and begin with. I would check the PF Tek for exact measurements per jar size. There are other acceptable substrates though.

You will use aluminum foil to cover your jars during Pressure Cooking or boil to prevent extra water from going into the four holes on your lid.

You do not need a pressure cooker. A large bot will suffice, however I suggest you bake your ingredients before at 350 for 20 min.

Again, I cannot emphasize enough to visit shroomery.org and search to your hearts desire. Knowing the basics of the PF tek is like knowing the order of operations for a math problem. Without it, you will often get the wrong answer.
