Should this Indica Aurora be this small?

Hola,

I have been growing an Indica Aurora, a White Widow, and a Wonder Woman, fem seeds from nirvana-shop.

Just curious if anyone has experience with them, as u can see the Indica is much smaller and its actually a few days older lol.

All are in FF soils and lightly FF nutted.

Advice more than welcome.

They are right at 6 weeks. and the indica is actually the oldest by about 3 days.

Is the veg time normally longer on the aurora than the widow or the wonder woman? next grow I think i'll start the aurora sooner if my clones fail. hehe.

Thanks

keep in mind of the strain. indicas usually grow short. sativas usually get big. when i grow ww i would grow it with simular stains like hindu/skunk, or querkle. so try not to mix indacas with sativas or hybirds. you will have an uneven canopy. and you can always top the other plants to make them branch out and stay a little shorter.

Well theyre known to stay under 3 foot. Its perfectly normal theyre just a very short phenotype. Unless your wanting everyone to be the same height you can flower when ever you want they dont have to be a certain height. 30 days of veg time is the norm because any earlier and the plant wont be at maturity for the most part.

Yes,

Definately a learning experience, I had no idea what to expect when I started this hehe.

I am debating topping, tying it over, or just flowering with the indica small, and learning from it for next batch.

Thank you.

set them shorties up on something to even out the height and flower them. mine were between 12-18 inches when changed to 12/12. remember upward growth depends alot on your lighting. good lighting equals shorter more compact growth. veg time is as long as you like unless you are waiting for them to show sex. no control over that. it depends on to many factors. plan on a long flower stage for an indica. mine went 10 - 11 weeks.

Thanks much.

I guess the indica gets moved to the new veg box I built with the clones cause my other two are ready to flower. All three of em showed sex as female at least a couple weeks ago.

Did u do any trimming to the indica, its so bushy and little. Reminds me of a christmas tree lol. Does the indica also have a longer veg time? Mines got a ways to go to reach 1 foot.

those were vegged 8 weeks. they will spred out once you flower them. mine were under 2 600 watt mh bulbs for veg which tends to keep them short and bushy.
