Should my 180W LED be more Higher or lower?

I would suggest higher because it looks like seedling stage but don't know the specs on your LED light so?? Most companies have recommendations for the height above plants for different stages of growth.

LED's are tricky it's really about watching the plant. Signs of leaves twisting or curling.....may mean light is too intense. I have even had the tops of colas bleach from too much intensity. What does the light manufacturer suggest? I usually start at the maximum height. Mine is about 24" for seedlings and smaller plants. I lower it to maybe 18" for mid size to large plants. Then take it down to 12" for flowering. Remember to keep a tape handy as plants grow upward, to check daily for height.

Lol, I was just making fun of grammer, what's the wattage on that one? What angle lenses? Chip wattage? Lots of variables in the leds, it's best to ask the manufacturer the proper distances
