Looks like multiple issues. But it's really hard to see with that light. I agree with Holla to check for bugs.
Is that a blurple with the veg switch on? And how far away is it?

It’s mostly white and blue light I jus used a little of the red for more wattage.. but I don’t see any bugs

Shouldn’t have to PH in Roots unless your water is really hard or really soft.

It’s good to know your water’s PH.
The soil should buffer enough that you don’t have to adjust too often.
Recharge is a good small investment. It helps the soil stay healthy.
Based on the plant size you have plenty of nutrition for another 3 weeks.
Give it some time. Don’t water too much.
If it’s bugs, I can’t tell you. I never have them.
But you got a clone in the mail and transplanted it.
Probably just needs to settle in.
Take pictures without the light on.
