Should I worry?

I try to practice great security for my personal grow. I have recently become a little paranoid because I did two things.

1.) I left town and my clones died so I needed to re-purchase seeds from the attitude. I don't want to tell anybody about it so I really didn't have any choice then to order them here, which I had done about a year go. I used my CC like I did a year ago as well but I just feel worried, can the government look up all transactions to the merchant titled what attitude puts them as? (dont want to post that).

2.) I didn't want to pay hundreds more so I bought a cloning machine on ebay. I again had to use a CC and ship it here unless I told somebody which I don't want to do.

I just grow for personal use but I want to do about 5 big plants b/c I always run out before harvest and I hate dealing with drug dealers they are sketchy and charge me more for a lower quality product.

Im considering having a time w/o doing any plants now that I ordered these things but I really dont sleep well sometimes and this helps along with the fact it relieves stress and I prefer it over drinking alcohol for recreational use. (how can alcohol be legal and not bud??!!!)

Anyways let me know if you guys think I should worry or stop for awhile, the seed buying sticky says its okay to use a CC but I still worry after 2 orders in the last year.

Using your CC will be fine. If you were the g-men do you think you would be worth there time? Not to insult you but small marijuana grows are not what there looking for.

I honestly wouldn't worry about it man. You're just being paranoid Millions of transactions take place every day; nobody's watching eBay to see who buys a cloner and then sends out the local PD to investigate. It just doesnt happen

Here is what you should consider regarding purchasing seeds. Every state's laws establish a minimum weight required for prosecution. seed purchases rarely meet that criteria ( unless you are in a nut case state like Utah that will prosecute for even a single seed ) so generally these purchases are not seen as worth the time and effort by authorities. Now if you were purchasing enough equipment to outfit a warehouse, that could be cause for concern. But you know your state and local attitude better than I so set aside paranoia, and consider ( from what you know ) how legitimate your concerns really are, and proceed from there.

Just some helpful info, you might no already but im not sure. What you need to do is go to walgreens and buy one of those Green dot prepaid Mastercards. You just fill out your name and address *wink wink* and then you have a prepaid card that you can go to walgreens, cvs, and so on, too put money on the card. Then they have no direct way to find you other than where you ship it cause you put a fake address and name.

yeah my state isn't too crazy. I'll just keep it to myself as I have been and things should go smoothly. Thanks for the quick replies. My fear just stems from the fact that I've worked hard to get where I am in life and if something terrible happened w/ respect to this grow then all that would be for naught.

I ordered seeds once, only to find a FBI agent's card stuck to my door a couple of weeks later. I used to live in Kansas back then.... what happened later was very amusing if anyone is interested.

Kansas does not have FBI they have the KBI so what happend feelinggreat????????????

Anyway, I picked up the card and called the agent, I told him who I was and he said that he wanted to talk to me about "a package" and that he would come by in 2 hours. I said okay, no problem and waited for him to arrive thinking about what I was going to say.

Two hours later, knock knock. I opened up and there he was, he told me to get in his car so we can "chat". I got in the car and he started driving around, asking me about where I'm from, what I'm doing in the states (I'm a foreigner).. etc. then he got to the actual business, he pulled out a small package and asked me if I have anything to tell him about it, since it was addressed to me (the package actually contained a pen, and the seeds were hidden inside the packaging of the pen). I immediately said "yes, they are some marijuana seeds that I had ordered about 2 weeks ago". then he asked me if I knew that growing, using or selling marijuana is illegal, and I said yes, I do know that. so he asked "why would you order the seeds then", I told him that I was planning to go back home for the summer, and was going to take the seeds with me and grow them over there since although it is illegal over there as well, the rules aren't nearly as strict, and growing in small quantities for personal use is fine (which is true, you can grow for personal use here in Uruguay and no one would bother you). I also said that they don't deliver to my country, that's why I ordered them here. so he said "So, you have never grown marijuana in the states?", I said no, of course not. then asked "have you ever smoked marijuana in the states?" I said: "no of course not. in fact, If I were ever at a party, or at someones house and smelled marijuana or saw someone rolling a joint that I would immediately leave".

of course, he did not buy a single thing I said and told me that I will have to come to their office the next day so that they can do a drug test, and that what happens next depends on the results of the test. I agreed, but asked that we do it the day after since I have work to do tomorrow, he said no problem. and then dropped me off at my house.

I went to my friend (who was a big time smoker) and told him the story, he gave me some "advice".

I went to do the drug test. Later on I got a call from the agent, I picked up and he started laughing. he said that he couldn't believe that I was telling the truth, and that I have nothing to worry about, but said that I shouldn't order seeds anymore, I agreed but asked if I could have my seeds back, he laughed and said no.

I guess I passed my drug test.

BTW, I have never grown marijuana in Kansas, I used to give them to someone else and he would do the growing.

Another funny story, a friend of mine from Panama was living in the states back then too, he used to do cocaine, but quit since his dad told him that if he ever caught him doing cocaine again that he would throw him out of the house. he was required to do a routine drug test for work, and was smoking marijuana at the time. a day or so before he was required to do the test, a friend of his dad came over for dinner. the guest went to the bathroom to take a leak and did not flush the toilet after he was done. My moronic friend thought it was a good idea to get a cup and scoop some of the guest's urine from the toilet and use it for the drug test, so he did (what a moron!). the results came back COCAINE POSITIVE, so his dad kicked him out of the house and he was fired from work.... what a moron!

you probably shouldn't worry, but it doesn't hurt to be a bit paranoid at times as the risks are high.

I've ordered 3 HPS lights on eBay, a PH meter, plus I've ordered Epsom salt from another website, i lived in a small apartment, and nothing went wrong. but i've always kept an eye out to make sure no one is "watching". I've ordered seeds a few times, and the one time that they did know, they confronted me right away.

People use growing equipment for a whole load of other types of plant, as well as MJ. I am currently raising cacti under lights - peyote, of course.
