Should I top or FIM?

I've looked into both and either seem suitable.

I'm going to be growing Dr. Atomic - Atomic Northern Lights. Do you think topping or FIM'ing is better suited? This is all opinion based.

I'm going to veg for about 5 - 6 weeks.

FIM'ing, technically speaking, is a form of topping.

I think the different results are like this (pending the way the plant grows and other factors):
if you want bushy plants with a few larger top nodes: regular topping
if you want bushy plants with more, but smaller top nodes: FIM topping
if you want a single very large node: don't top
